He was tasked with the challenge of helping me get approved for a new home loan in under a month’s time to accommodate closing on my existing home. Not only did he ensure this happened, but he was very informative and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and got the best rate possible in this tough market. I would highly recommend working with him for your next purchase.
Mark was the best lender we could have asked for as first time home buyers.

Mark and his team are phenomenal! We are first time home buyers and this entire process was easy from beginning to signing. They knew exactly what they needed and kept us informed about each step. If we had questions Mark and Brian would respond immediately. Did I mention that they also had better rates than four other lenders! This team’s expertise and experience shined here providing comfort and confidence during one of the biggest decisions of our lives. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!!!

Mark and LoanPeople work crazy fast and are extremely communicative and easy to work with. Very smooth process. Sometimes I felt like he answered my emailed question faster than it’s physically possible to type, he was amazing.
