As a first time home buyer, I had little to no idea about what I was doing. However, Mark was able AND willing to answer any questions I had about the entire house buying process (even if it wasn’t about the loan haha). He was able to make a very daunting and complicated process seem easy, and the entire thing went about as smooth as it possibly could have. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and eager to help to the point that I couldn’t imagine going to any other officer. He has a client for life!

Mark was very informative and helpful when my husband and I were buying our home and navigating changing market dynamics. We appreciated his authenticity and tell-it-like-it-is attitude.
